Neat, clean, and quiet. Provided typical hotel amenities; coffee, fridge, and tv in the room with cold breakfast in the front. All was fine. We didn't explore the area as this was just an oversight stop.
Clean. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Only issue was the area around the pool has Little Rock's that hurt feet if barefoot and it's an un-heated outdoor pool so was cold. Would definitely stay again
Enjoyable!! Very clean room, smelled good. Comfy beds, pool, and the included breakfast was above and beyond. Close to I-90, very convenient. Highly recommended. We stayed in a family room w/two queen beds + a twin. Plenty of room. We paid $116.52 ($106.90+taxes), which I thought was reasonable. The only thing I hope they improve is to resurface the area around the pool.
Room was not clean. Didn't feel very safe. They double charged my credit card, and the person on staff didn't know how to reverse it. They said they would get it fixed in the morning. The next day I talked to the credit card company who ended up 3 way calling the hotel with me. The person at the hotel was not knowledgeable or polite. The credit card company ended up blocking one of the charges.
Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was nice and had several options. The coffee was good. The pool deck needs to be repaired as it hurt your feet to stand on ( pebbles coming off and patchy areas). Overall a good stay. I'd recommend it and would stay again.
